I ordered food for pick-up from their website, expecting to find the store open, but when I arrived, it was closed. It seems they had shut down but continued to take orders and charge customers. After several attempts to call with no response, I eventually saw them packing up the restaurant hours after I placed my order. When I confronted the owner, he was unresponsive and even laughed, suggesting I call my bank to dispute the charges. If they ever relocate, I hope they fail again! They never had a delivery driver and often didn't have the items listed on their menu. The only reason I even considered them was their proximity to my home. Here it is, IMPORTANT! 2021!!! We’ve been coming here for years, and it has been a wonderful experience every time! My son adores everything about this place! Everyone here is so friendly and cheerful! They are always helpful with our food choices. We absolutely love the pizza—it’s famous and comes in a family size! The prices are fantastic! Be sure to visit for lunch, dinner, or anytime you get the chance! Don’t forget to check out the new menu; there's a lot of delicious food to choose from. Enjoy!!!
We've been there several times, and each visit just keeps getting better! Brother Jaffery is incredibly humble and friendly. We placed our order, and he generously offered us complimentary samples from their menu. We absolutely love their subway sandwiches and Stromboli, but the rice and chicken dish was also incredibly tasty. Beyond the food, what truly stands out is how beautiful and welcoming the staff is!
They were very polite. I would recommend the fish. It tastes like they just caught it out of the water. Lol. But if I asked if I had been on the way for over 6 hours, they said they had no one I wasn't happy because I felt like they had one. Other than that. Food was super got about 7 items of a nice portion.

I've been visiting Douglass for over a year and a half, and I can confidently say that their burgers, subs, and wraps are the best in New Brunswick. Their pizza is also far superior to Krispy's, and everything is halal!
