leave the back breakfast with a great ala carte menu on weekdays! the food was cooked to order and our drinks were refilled in timely manner. on Saturday and Sunday morning the breakfast is available as a buffet for 18 people and includes drinks. the buffet selection consisted of dished eggs, potatoes, speck, sausage, hafer flour, pancakes or French toast, fresh fruit, muffins and other baked goods. the bread selection to make her own toast was fabulous! the multi-body bread does not taste like something from a load. we did not get the chance to enjoy dinner in dover, but the menu looked delicious. the bar is good with a lot of interesting options on camp.
My good friend and I spent this past weekend at the Double Tree in SLP and were at the Dover both Friday Saturday Evening. It was quiet and the bartender we had both nights, Megan I believe... was wonderful. She remembered our drinks from the night before and gave great service. The bar was quiet but she was busy with food delivery orders and a few other customers. She honestly made us feel like we were the only ones there. You have a treasure. Thanks Megan! Stayed at the hotel and woke up Hungary and decided to check out The Diver restaurant located on the main level. Decided to try the Beef Hash and, Wow, it was delicious! They make it a bit different than it is traditionally made. They smash a Yukon gold potato and then layer with shredded beef, a béchamel sauce and topped with 2 poached eggs. It was heavenly! I'm giving the low rating because the restaurant was never available for dining when I tried to go. The prices were very high too.
This spot always delivers. They serve fresh dishes for convenient rates, there is no waiting time even when the spot is busy.
