I called here today to arrange an appointment and the young lady who answered the phone was so rude, rude and unprofessional. to work in such a position and to deal with the public and the patient daily, should have a person feeling and empathy if nothing else, they never know what someone passes through when they call for a service. to treat someone as she treated me today about the phone is totally unacceptable and out of line. I have been seeing Dr. Kalo for over a year as one of his patients. I have never had an abortion, but I would go in to get refills on my birth control, as well as my annual pelvic and breast exams. I never had any major issues with any of my visits until my very last one, and I do not intend to ever go back. I do not recommend seeing this doctor for ANYTHING! I visited this clinic two years ago, and everything was fantastic! Dr. Kalo was highly skilled and professional. The staff was very friendly and always eager to assist. Eva, in particular, is a wonderful and sweet woman who has always treated me kindly. I was really pleased with the level of care I received here. While opinions may differ based on individual needs and standards, I needed to be seen urgently, and every other place I contacted had a wait time of at least a week. They were able to get me in on the same day I called, and I was in and out of the office in under 45 minutes. The staff is very efficient, and Dr. Kalo is exceptionally well-trained. I got my phone stolen here a couple weeks ago. Not sure if the j who stole it hangs out there, but be careful. Also, the staff members who I tried to speak with when it happened were extremely passive and rude. When I heard one barista ask the other if a phone was turned in, she answered in the rudest careless tone. Honestly, if this were say the Starbucks in Birmingham, I would have been taken a lot more seriously.
My experience at Dr. Kalo's restaurant was quite disappointing. He seemed careless and insensitive during our visit. When I tried to discuss some of the dishes I had enjoyed on my previous outing, he showed no interest and acted as if he didn’t understand what I was referring to. I definitely would not recommend this place! The overall organization of the stalls was lacking, and the professionalism was subpar.
This is one of the older Starbucks without outdoor seating nor a drive thru. However, there's more seating inside than other SBs and the staff is always friendly and ready to make your drink just right. It's a relaxing, pleasant place. Highly recommend.

Great service. Came in and my coffee was a little cold. Chris who works at Starbucks made us a new fresh pot right away and gave us a $4 certificate. New that's great customer service.
