Customer for 7 years. You just lost a customer because the more years pass, the more the service deteriorates...the food is good and the nice delivery. However at the commercial level, it is the Neant... One last time, 80 euros of order to carry, and not even a poor bottle of coca offered despite our request, and today I am announced 50 to 60 minutes to be delivered, no worries, except that after 1 hour 30, still no delivery... I call, no apology, and no commercial gesture... and when I tell my interlocutor that in principle, for the reasons mentioned, he lost a client, it doesn't make him hot or cold... Too bad, I will now go elsewhere, think about changing your trade policy.
