Like others, this was an end of canal-holiday visit for the family. And what a perfect end to the holiday it was! We received a very warm welcome from the two hostesses and attentive service. Food came quickly, but not rushed. We had the beef and the cod, and then panna cotta and brownie for desert. All cooked and presented beautifully using fresh ingredients. Great value for such good food at 22 euro per person. Highly recommended!
WE were a party of ten so needed to book well in advance for our final meal at the end of our canal boat holiday. So glad we did. The tables were all ready for us and we were made most welcome. The food was to a very high standard of cuisine and much better than we might have expected .The menu is not that extensive but a good selection and very well prepared.
Great cuisine, small menu, three choices for entrees, main, two for dessert. Changes every week. Delicious meal, locally sourced, great selection of whines. 84€ for three course, two people, wine and coffee included. Tripadvisor says closed: NOT SO! Reservation advised, this is where the locals eat.
We had a great 3 course meal here for lunch 38€ for 2 people with a drink each . Two choices of entree , 4 for mains , 4 dessert choices. All meals delicious if you have no reservation get there on opening as it was full not long after we arrived. Definitely recommend.
