Campagne, at the junction of the D706 and the D35 near Le Bugue; if you swing past it coming from Le Bugue, you might miss it! In the shadow of The Chateau, this (hotel and resaurant was a good find; we stopped for lunch on a 'let 's take a chance ' basis and it was just great nothing very special but good food cooked to order in a beautiful setting outside in the sun. Three courses, wine and dessert an coffee about 50 euros. Very quiet and rural (this was in May! Would go back again.
Why do we come back every year? Because of course we eat there, foie gras, exquisite meat, seasonal vegetables, and desserts....hummmmmmmmmmm, dessert around strawberries and Norwegian omelet. Because we are welcomed there better than kings, like friends simply. For the humour of the boss...aiah, Ouch, Ouch. For the good mood. Excellent address for all bikers and others.
I recommend this restaurant, with good quality regional products and a correct price. very friendly welcome and service with permanent smile, at the top!!! And for bikers standing on the brakes, stop there, you will not regret. Thanks to the whole team.
The perfect place for a celebration or the last night of a Holiday. This place always serves fantastic food and the service is very good and efficient. After visiting several times over the last 10 years we have never had a bad night. Highly rated.
The welcome is very friendly, the waitress all smile (without the masks it's even better) and the dishes are very good... simplicity...the professionalism! Everything we're looking for. I advise to make the detour you will be enchanted.
Don't expect a warm welcome if you just want to sit OUTSIDE in the sun many outside tables free but INSTRUCTED we must sit inside first impression not friendly!! Understand that outside only for a meal but when so quiet why!!
The holidays seem even shorter when you can eat in such good restaurants! Wonderful, even my teenager has feasted, and what a welcome! Kindness and professionalism at the height of the kitchen!
