Since the restaurant doesn't have an email to be contacted (we're in 2017....) I go through TripAdvisor... the quality of the service has greatly diminished. wait for 10 minutes before listening to a hello, realizing that the reserved table on the terrace was not ready, hearing to grind a pass on the terrace to which we asked for a simple bottle of water, wait 90 minutes for its dish (we had not ordered from the entrances,) to see that the portions have sharply narrowed... wait 10 minutes for the crate to pay (because it's not good) bravo to the cooks!!!! There's really a lot to see... disappointed customers. Lost customers!
August 11, 2017. I phoned to book a two-person table for 8:00. it was between 8:30 to 8:45 when we arrived. To find a restaurant to bite a piece at that time, it's hard. When I did it last night, the sommelier answered me: we are waiting for you. There were no free tables left. We were served quickly and with the smile of the sommelier who had a hint of humor. bravo, with the world that was yesterday, bravo. meals with salad two services, succulents and the word is weak. notes a little salty, but when you don't have the means you picnic (it's for grinders). hat to the custodians.
Leider wollte man uns ohne Reservation draussen nicht bedienen, was wir grundsätzlich verstehen. Die Terrasse war gut besucht. Als wir jedoch höflich fragten, ob wir nicht drinnen essen können, da komplett leer, hat man uns unglaublich schnippisch und unhöflich abgewiesen. Es ist leider nicht verständlich, dass sich ein Betrieb derart wenig flexibel zeigt in der aktuellen Situation. Scheinbar haben sie‘s nicht nötig. 2 Sterne, da das Essen auf den Tellern wirklich gut aussah.
Wir waren am Sonntag zum Mittagessen. Wir hatten reserviert. Als wir sassen, haben wir vorerst ewig gewartet. Auch nach aufgegebener Bestellung ging das so weiter. Die Warterei und das unaufmerksame Personal waren die Hauptartaktivitäten. Das Essen war recht gut. Ausgezeichnetes Fleisch, Zubereitung und Qualität. Der Rest guter Durchschnitt. Ich habe für vier Personen mit Trinkgeld CHF 330. ausgegeben. Von einem weiteren Besuch werden wir absehen. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

very good meal, nice setting. pretty terrace with games for children. we ate the house (delicious) with excellent fries. the wine list is very well. the service is good but the staff, although it is kind seems rather stressed and not always very smiling and the reception is rather quick-fashioned...
