Opinion only on the restaurant. We ate in this restaurant twice. Reviews 2017: The dishes are good but the reception remains to be desired. The view of the terrace is very nice. Great choice of Sancerre wines from neighbouring producers. Notice 2023: the unfriendly waitress who leaves without waiting for the end of the order. The prices are correct: 15€60 the menu in the week at noon. On the other hand, I was disappointed with my dish: there was only fat in the pork! Really nothing to eat is the first time that it happens to me in a French restaurant. Following my remarks, the waitress says “ah” and goes away like nothing happened.
We asked to change the place at the restaurant because we were in the passage, we have all the customers who were passing in front of us.the young person who was taking care of us asked me why, anointed by his response and his lack of professionalism, we stayed in our place, but we ate excellefully well and very well slept.
Maybe this is the place to avoid in all Sancerre... Apart from the beautiful view, nothing is great... Staff do not have a working outfit. Fument in front of the establishment... And serve...without this memory of what is on the plate.... We had the right to have an unwanted host in the salad.... see photo)...

My comment is about the hotel, it's old. My room was uncomfortable, the tempered bed, the rikiki shower cabin, the 30-year-old décor. How to display the 2 standard stars in these conditions!!!!
