Thankful Thursday My wife and I had a wonderful lunch today at Dublin 4 Gastropub in Mission Viejo. We are so thankful to have such a terrific place to have an occasional lunch and see Sam, Drew, Darren, and today, their newest employee, Danielle. The staff at this fine establishment are so vibrant, joyful, and pleasant besides being professional and efficient. During this season, as we reflect on thankfulness, we certainly recognize Dublin 4 for their amazing food and drinks, but most importantly, the people that make it a fantastic and memorable experience. It was such a wonderful dining experience today for lunch at Dublin 4 Gastro pub in Mission Viejo. Sam was our amazing hostess, server extraordinare, and it's always a pleasure to see her. We started with drinks, and Drew is a fantastic bartender who truly has a passion for perfection in his crafting of cocktails. We started with the shrimp over polenta with chorizo that is so tasty and an awesome dish. For entrees, my wife had the gastroburger minus bacon and onions, and she swears it's the best burger in Orange County. I had the amazing salmon entree, which was presented and prepared perfectly. 5 stars for good and service . This is our second time here and I have had a Guinness draft for the second time. The Guinness black bread with butter was my husband's favorite! The first time I tried the lamb chops that were excellent! And this time I had a arugula- baby kale salad mix with Marconi almonds and Mayer lemon dressing on the side, for protein a deliciously taste chicken breast. The favor from mix of Ingredients and the texture on the salad was not good but spectacular! looking forward to to come back to try a new dish
This could be my favorite restaurant in the area. The Brussels sprouts are out of this world, and the burger is fantastic. The bartenders are friendly and excellent at what they do. Best Irish Coffee I've ever had. If you want an upscale experience and love places that change the menu--this is the place. The food and service are simply amazing. A must visit if you find yourself in South Orange County.
This is such a cozy restaurant. I love the cottage pie. The parking can get really hectic, bring cash to valet. The service is great and they have a great selection of authentic Irish food.
