Okay, I understand they have new staff there, according to the sign they had on a small table when you come in, but, as someone who has worked in fast food and retail for over 20 years, this was not the way to run a business. My husband and Ieach ordered a donut and a hot beverage. He ordered hot chocolate, and I ordered a latte with sugar free vanilla and almondmilk. The donuts were ready in ab out 15 minutes. The lady who rung us up said they were still working on the drinks. It wasobvious she didn't know how to make them, and an older woman, Whom I'm guessing was the manager quickly was telling her what todo. We waited for almost another half an hour for our drinks. A variety of freshly-made donuts that all taste amazing. I haven't tried all of them yet, but I guess that can be my goal. Everything is made right in front of you, so you will never get a stale donut. They have tape on the floor for social distancing. They also have a separate table for mobile order pick ups. They also limit it to 10 customers at a time. They are doing a great job with the distancing. The donuts are obviously great and worth the trip!
I like Duck Donuts because they have so many good and delicious donuts and they are all decorated so cute and the decorations are also just so small! which is a great talent to have but not just that but you can get a free ducky toy! Also I never hadthe ice cream even if they had it or that?s what they are called but I saw some pictures of it and it sure looks yummy. When youget to Duck Donuts I sure hope you like it :
Donuts were delicious. Unfortunately my order was incorrect. I ordered sausage egg and cheese and received bacon instead and asked for different types of drizzle on my half dozen and didn't receive. On next trip same occurrence drizzle left off orderI requested it to be added. The Manager was there and gave extra donuts for the mishaps on my coworker and my order that day.Much appreciated.

My daughter loves their donuts. I think they are good quality too. Sadly Duncan does not do this anymore and other places are gone also. These donuts are nice and fresh and have that little bit of crisp that you get when they are fresh from the fryer. There's selection of toppings is very diverse and tasty. Also I got a milkshake which was very good.
I can’t imagine my life without donuts, and these are truly the best I’ve ever had. Duck Donuts offers homemade, tailor-made treats made fresh to order, so you need to eat them right away. In my opinion, this is the ultimate satisfaction for donut lovers.
Delicious donuts. You can pick from any of the varieties that they have or you can have one frosted with whatever toppings you desire. The seasonal donuts are really yummy. My DH enjoys the milkshakes from here. We're stop here whenever we're nearby.
best donuts around. love their various seasonal packs with different flavors of donuts. they have great coffee and shakes as well. the donuts always come warm and well decorated. they never disappoint!

Incredibly delicious custom donuts. Made at the moment to eat. There are no more delicious donuts than these. Definitely recommended. It's worth the drive here.
Donuts are hot and fresh and customisable to whatever you desire. Staff is real friendly too and the process is super easy
