I wish I had been coming here sooner! The food and service were impeccable! We went tapas style and ordered crab cakes, calamari, octopus, portabella, stuffed avocados, warm seasonal salad with all the harvest flavors of fall and then finished off with the vegetable paella. All of the dishes had a different flavor and seasoned to perfection. The service was hands down, top-notch. It's the kind of place where you're happy to be spending your money because of the quality of food and service. Definitely get the sangria too! We will definitely be going back! Came here for lunch with the wife and overall was very happy with the food, service and atmosphere. We sat inside and ordered the stuffed avocado, Greek salad and the Branzino, all of which were wonderful. The service was excellent and he adjusted the flavor and the serving to our requests. This place was phenomenal. I took my wife here to celebrate our anniversary and splurged on about 7 different items (octopus, mussels, yuca steak frites, mushroom bisque, and others I forgot the name)they were all perfect. One of our go to places in Summit. We enjoy trying various small plates and usually end with some churros. The service is always good and they have plenty of outdoor seating which we prefer in this environment.

Due 360 is a nice hidden gem in Summit. The food was great and the service was very good. We will be back.
