I walked by the restaurant and was immediately drawn in by the delicious aroma coming from the open door. Upon entering, I mentioned that something smelled good and that I wanted to try it, but I quickly realized there was a slight language barrier. Fortunately, a gentleman at a nearby table kindly helped translate. The lovely staff went above and beyond to ensure I got a slice of both the meat and cheese. Wow, this dish is incredible! Whenever I’m in the neighborhood, I’ll definitely be ordering a whole pie to take home, along with an extra meat slice to enjoy on the way!
After years of hearing about this places' fabled burek, a few months ago my cousin and I got a square of cheese and a square of spinach burek. Safe to say, we've gone back to try the meat version, and last week I bought my first whole meat pie. Not only is it super tasty, filling and inexpensive, but my son, a VERY picky eater LOVES it!! Thank goodness this is right up the block so we can have whenever we want. Also, they take credit/ debit cards!!!
This was my first time trying this type of cuisine, and I found it to be incredibly tasty and delicious. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly. The homemade yogurt is not too sweet, which I really appreciated. Perfect experience overall!

I love their burek. I literally drove from Queens to the Bronx to get a slice of their burek and yogurt. That's how good it is. Highly recommended, never disappointed.
The spinach and cheese pie was incredible, served fresh from the oven and cut right in front of me. The staff is also very friendly.
That's an amazing place to have meals. I loved the cheese and spinach burek and the coffee . Highly recommended.
