Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Duke. After more than two hours of waiting, our food arrived and it was cold too. At first we were even served the wrong order. When the waitress realized her mistake, she took the food we had already tried and brought it straight to another table. Something like this is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. At no time were we informed that it would take so long, which made the situation even more frustrating. The noise level was also very high, which made a relaxing stay impossible. Wow… amazing burgers!! The Goliath and the Animal are gigantic... the sweet potato fries are a dream... the only thing that is a bit uncomfortable is the glass door, which opens every time staff/guests walk past it, which makes the room extremely cold, but that's just a side note... highly recommended.

Great atmosphere for a karaoke evening. Food was okay, nothing special in taste and a bit expensive. But most of them were just there to drink anyway, so it's not a big deal :
