Overall, this was a pretty mediocre dinner for me. I made a reservation for myself, but the host still put two menus down. This led to the server taking their time thinking I was waiting for someone else when I wasn’t. Very good selection of drinks, however I don’t believe this restaurant believes in seasoning of any kind. Everything was extremely bland, but once I added salt and pepper to my burger it was marginally better. Also, my server was good, but every other staff member I came in contact with seemed annoyed I was there. This restaurant has definitely declined in quality. The food was just okay, but it was served slightly cold. The service was subpar and not up to the standard it used to be. We were seated quickly, but then abruptly questioned by a staff member about our reservation. It took a long time to order drinks, and our food arrived before our drinks did. The staff seemed to be working hard but the atmosphere was chaotic. We won't be returning anytime soon.
Although we haven't been here in a while, we will definitely be returning soon! The service was fantastic, with incredibly friendly staff. The food was excellent, especially the Malayan Chicken which I highly recommend. The only small issue was that the chips weren't as warm as we would have preferred.
Great service with friendly staff. Food was lovely and good value. Lovely atmosphere sat in the beer garden. Always love coming here especially when the sun is shining!

Visited again with friends, service excellent. However, some of the food was cold when served, which they replaced adjusted the bill. We enjoyed our catch up

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. The only downside was that it was quite chilly due to people coming in and out from the terrace.

Dukes is Manchester`s most famous beer garden and has recently undergone an expensive refurbishment and feels brand new.
