My boyfriend I came here for my Step-Dad 's small 70th Birthday dinner. Him and his best friend come there often and highly suggested we should too. I honestly could not ask for better service, drinks, or food. It was great (and I 'm pretty picky). Mike and Julie were two of the most attentive, kind, and professional servers/bartenders I 've had in years. Highly recommend this place. I cannot thank them enough for the dining experience we had and how accommodating they were to my Step-Dad Ron and his best friend Mary. This used to have an omelet bar with a breakfast buffet years ago that was amazing. My son and I went here for breakfast a couple weeks ago after working night shift and I seriously could not believe how bad the food was. The eggs tasted horrible, the potatoes had no flavor, and I asked for crispy bacon which was so hard I couldn't eat it. I was just so shocked that it changed that much. The people were nice and it is beautiful inside but I will not return to eat.
We dined at the bar tonight and had a wonderful experience! Laurie greeted us and seated us promptly, and our bartender, Julie, was fantastic. The signature cocktails were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the mushroom ravioli and chicken sandwich—both were spot on! We also tried the calamari appetizer, which was tasty. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible menu and the talent of the chefs and mixologist. We’ll definitely be returning! Thank you!
This was the best steak I've ever had at a restaurant! I'm quite picky about my steak, and it was absolutely perfect. I’m not a fan of mashed potatoes, but I decided to give them a try, and wow… they were amazing! I can’t even find the words to describe how good they were. I will definitely be returning! We stayed across the road and could walk over. best server we have had in years. It's was definitely not busy on a Monday night, but the food was great and the server was super personable, spent time chatting and seemed genuinely interested in our travels (motorcycle).
I’ve stayed at the hotel a lot for work the past two months and eat most of my meals here. The staff is friendly and the food is great. I’ve had many different menu items and haven’t had a bad meal yet!
Terrible service. Went in for breakfast and ordered immediately. Waited 40 minutes for eggs and pancakes. Left without eating because we were going to be late for a tour of UVM.
