The bakery shop is located in a very centric area of the town of Burjassot, Valencia. Family owned. All the delightful pastries are handmade, from scratch. Recipes that have been passed down generation after generation. Their specialties include leonesas, holiday fruit cakes, merengues, huesitos, panellets, buñuelos de viento and frutitas . The owners are local and take great pride and joy in the baking of their pastries. Very nice people. Well worth a visit to this bakery and to the charming town of Burjassot.
BUENIIIIIISIMO! Han cambiado de dueños, pero no han bajado la calidad. El chico es MAJÍSIMO Y SUPER AMABLE. Hemos comprado merengue blanco, de café y una tarta de manzana… y espectacular. VOLVEREMOS SIN DUDA 100% recomendable (No os asustéis… de lo bueno que estaba, no ha llegado intacto para la foto!
