I visited this place for breakfast and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I asked politely about the Wi-Fi, the staff member checked with (what appeared to be) the owner. She responded in an extremely rude manner, loudly saying there was no Wi-Fi — even though it was quite clear from the music and ordering system that internet is being used. What bothered me even more was the way she spoke to her own staff. The tone was harsh, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate in front of customers. Really nice cafe cake shop. Good portion sizes. I had the bacon and maple pancakes and my friend had the spinach and Turkish sausage omelette. Service was quick and staff were attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you’re on Bold street
Amazing place, desserts are phenomenal. Tiramisu bought on Saturday then biscoff cake bought Tuesday (which survived 2 trains, a tube and a bus trip from Liverpool to Poole). Hands down best cake I’ve bought ever
