I would rate the service a zero and the food a 3, assuming they get the order correct. The first time I ordered pizza it was wrong, but the second time it was right. Today, I ordered a burger which was delivered on white bread and the meat was pale. I initially thought it was chicken. When I questioned it, I was told that this is how they prepare it for new customers intentionally. Additionally, the phone number listed on their website does not accept incoming calls, making it difficult to address any issues.

I bought a personal pizza with pepperoni and sausage and a bigger pizza, reminds me of a deluxe topping, loaded fries, and jalepeno poppers. We were in heaven. My four year old came home from school the next day requesting his leftovers. The pizza is really good! I am not sure how long it has been there but I live ten minutes away and feel fortunate to have discovered.
My order took over 2 hours to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was cold. The delivery driver even admitted to giving our pizza to someone else, further delaying our order. When I called the restaurant, the staff member on the phone was unhelpful and then abruptly ended the call. This experience was completely disappointing and I regret giving this restaurant any stars. I will not be ordering from here again.

Order was over 2 hours for delivery; pizza was cold; was told by the driver that they gave our pizza to someone else that’s why it was so late and still it was cold! I called and the girl on the phone was like oh it still hasn’t gotten there yet… then she just stayed silent till I hung up… thanks a lot for nothing! Now I know better!!! Should really get no stars.
The food is still in my opinion as good as the prior ownership. Just be warned with this POS (Point of sale system) that they use if you are ordering and picking up in person and paying by card before you sign and hit the green button you must manually select your tip amount if any or it will automatically put either 10 or 20% tip on to your total.
Sometimes, I just slide by whole food to enjoy cooked meal. Whole Food meals taste taste good. The only drawback is a bit expensive. The associates are patient and respond to questions in way to facilitate understanding

Dumm's has been my reliable source of no-frills sandwiches and fries in the neighborhood. Often overlooked are their desserts. They deserve 5 stars for the key lime pie alone.
Stupid is my go-to spot for simple sandwiches and fries in the area. Their desserts are often underrated, but the alkcake alone deserves a 5-star rating.
