This Dunkin' Donuts location used to be excellent, but it has deteriorated recently. They take my order accurately at the speaker, but when I reach the window, they list off the wrong items and I have to correct them. The total amount is blocked off and not communicated to the customer, they simply take your card. Today, I received my food and it was still frozen in the middle. Overall, the service has been poor lately.
When I arrived at this restaurant, I noticed there was a long line along the road and the three doors were locked. However, they had a few selected people who were allowed to enter. This seems to be a recurring issue. The staff made us wait by the loudspeaker for almost five minutes before acknowledging us. Overall, this Dunkin' Donuts location is a disappointment and not living up to its reputation.
As someone who has worked in the fast food industry for 5 years, I don't usually complain. However, I felt compelled to write a review about this place. I understand that it can get busy and time is of the essence, but I was served a cup of sour coffee. It seems like they either pulled the coffee too early or used expired creamer. Regardless, I will not be returning to this establishment again.
Good coffee like always.... food is hit or miss. What i mean is consistency. I've had delicious warm crispy bagles then another day its cold and hard and barely toasted. Online and on the door they say they open at 5 a.m. 6:30 now people are walking up to the door the doors are locked and the people are acting like they don't see the line standing outside people are leaving upset employees are very rude and ignorant.Fix your operating hours on the door and online
good coffee as usual. eating is hit or miss. what I mean is resistance. I had delicious hot crispy bagles, then another day its cold and hard and barely roasted. I had hot melty wraps and then they are hot and the ice in the middle cold! pity, they need better quality control. I forgive the food.
I stopped to get my son a donut while we were running errands together. There was no wait, and the service was friendly and quick. I was pleasantly surprised to see a cute message on the bag. It was a nice touch!
