I have visited the Dunkin Donuts at 794 Main Avenue multiple times and each time I have been disappointed by how understocked it was. Even during the early part of the 3 pm hour, the shelves were nearly empty, which is unacceptable. The last time I was there, the donut shelves were only a quarter full and I had to wait in line while the only employee was engaged in a conversation with another customer for nearly seven minutes. I ended up leaving without making a purchase because I was so frustrated by the lack of service and selection. My time was wasted and I left feeling very dissatisfied.
The staff there was so rude ! I ordered through the app and when a family meme we went to retrieve the order they were told it was already picked up. I called the store mid conversation was hanged up on and tried calling they just dodged my call. Went in person was told nothing they could do and to come back next day at 5am to speak to the manager. La gente necesita entrenamiento y sobre todo educacion. They did no have donat that i order online and they say can not give back my money that charged on the applications and the manager was not there and I need to comeback. The cashier was unfriendly and there was a young man with mental health issues who was cursing and behaving irrationally. No staff member asked him to leave. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
They sell what they don 't have and after that when you ask for a refund they say 'WE DON 'T REFUND, COME BACK TOMORROW FOR THE DONUTS '. like I have all the time to waste for coming again.
I like when I order a coffee, then I taste it as a real good hot coffee, *Professional,*fast,*clean. Thank you guys,you made my mood bright that morning.
