I recently visited the Dunkin Donuts located at 7240 W Devon Ave, Chicago, IL 60631 and had a negative experience with a manager. I ordered a large iced matcha latte and a coffee cake muffin. The cashier processed my order normally, but the manager standing behind her was criticizing her for being too slow and not using the cash register in a way she deemed correct. The manager instructed the cashier to quickly prepare the donuts as soon as a picture of a lady appeared on the screen, and to stop interacting with the register. Every time I go to this dunkin everything is burnt. And these bagels are stale tasting and hard as a rock. They must have been cooked early and left waiting cause it’s not like they’re warm. The food at this one his horrible and I constantly have to go back for wrong items. I’m done going to this location. I will drive the extra down Harlem to the other location.
I highly recommend this Dunkin' location for its cleanliness, quick and friendly service, and consistent quality. As a frequent business traveler and regular customer at many Dunkin' spots, this one truly stands out. The menu offers a great variety that never disappoints.
The service was excellent. However, the coffee was not hot enough and the doughnuts were awful. I understand that Dunkin' Donuts may not have the best reputation, but today they were particularly poor.

what was once a fantastic location is now routinely dirty out and getting her order as desired is immediately impossible.
No pumpkin donuts that day so I was given two apple cinnamon for my second choice.
