My mother visited this restaurant yesterday around 2:30 PM to purchase a medium hot cup of coffee. When she arrived, the price was not displayed as usual, so she asked the staff member how much it cost. Despite not speaking English very well, she understood when he told her it was $5. Finding this price to be too high, she handed over the money but the staff member did not give her the coffee and instead waved goodbye. Despite feeling frustrated, she chose not to involve the police as she would have had trouble explaining the situation to them. Mediocre service. The staff attitudes seem to be less than inviting to say the least. The coffee was disgusting the 3-4 times that I have gone there. I pass it every day on my way to work and would rather go to the one near 295. How can an iced macchiato with an extra shot of espresso be weak and watered down. I asked for skim, got whole milk, 6 butter pecan should add just the right amount of flavor and sweetness however it tastes like they hardly put anything in there. I made a decision to stop wasting my and time.
The young woman working the night shift at this restaurant (May 24th, 12:15 am) is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly kind and beautiful, and she prepared my food exactly how I wanted it. Her customer service skills are top-notch, I would rate her 11 out of 10. She definitely deserves a raise right away! ❤️
Croissants are NEVER fresh, they toast the dry croissant like it’s fresh, but since it’s not “hard” its “good”. Sausage is always cold as well as the cheese. This drive thru is open 24 hrs...thank you..and the girl who works the overnight shift is amazing. Perfect coffee, everytime. She's sweet, always has a smile, an makes your coffee how you want it. She's awesome ? ? ? ?
2 days in a row i went there and the lid wasn't on correctly. Coffee spilled all over my car and burned me both times. The toasted bagels are rubbery and not very toasted. Worst dunkin
I went there in morning and Kuldeep took my order. She did quick service and food and coffee was great. I liked her service. Thanks to Kuldeep.

The coffee had an excessive amount of cream in it. It tasted like I was drinking hot cream.
