I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. After already having a tough week, the woman at the register, who was part of the night crew, rushed us unnecessarily. She claimed that there was a guy waiting behind us, but he didn't seem to be in any rush at all! Her behavior was completely uncalled for and it pushed my fiancée to her breaking point due to her rudeness. It got so bad that even the other employees noticed her inappropriate behavior and felt the need to comment on it. It was incredibly disappointing.
I visit this place every morning, and some days I receive my correct order, while other days it's completely wrong. I find myself constantly having to explain my order to the women at the front counter, which is a bit disheartening and frustrating. After today, I’m definitely considering going to a different Dunkin' or, even better, just making my coffee at home. My order is quite simple: 3 creams, 8 sugars, and occasionally Pumpkin Spice or Brown Sugar Cookie.
THIS. IS. MY. FAVORITE. DUNKIN! The staff are incredibly friendly and always go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I visited during a busy time, and they were able to process my order as quickly as possible. Although I was disappointed that they were out of my strawberry-dragon fruit refresher, they offered me another suggestion, and I loved it just as much!
They have some serious markups on everything you buy. I frequently get coffee from Dunkin, but this location is the most expensive I've encountered. They even asked me for an extra $1 if I wanted easy ice in my iced coffee, which is typically standard at other Dunkin shops. I really don't understand how a Dunkin franchise can justify such inflated prices.

These staff here are nice and funny. They have fast service and do everything as ordered. Sometimes it could be slow but they always do their best to give good customer service. This is my go to Dunkin every day!
Was given a stale double chocolate donut. The dark bread was White dry and the icing crumbled. Threw it away after a bite and confirming the staleness.Only star for temp parking to wait for an arrival flight.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible, particularly from the woman at the counter. She is quite rude to all the customers and seems to sneak in extra charges just to overbill them.
I went through the drive-thru and needed a caffeine boost, so I tried the Iced Turtle Signature Latte for the first time. It was delicious! I definitely plan on getting it again.

They now charge for empty cups. Even if you request a cup of water, you'll still be billed. Terrible service.
After ordering they don’t make your sandwich until you stand in line and ask them “where’s my food?”
