I really love our Dunkin' and most of the staff, but there's one manager who is consistently rude to both customers and employees. I encountered this on election day morning when my drink order got lost. I waited patiently for a while, and when my drink was finally ready, I didn't hear her call out my name right away. When I asked politely if it was my latte, she responded in a very rude and confrontational manner. Others in my group noticed her behavior as well. She insisted that she had called it out three times and questioned if I even ordered it at all. I was quite taken aback by her attitude. I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The girl at the register mistakenly charged me for a hot coffee instead of an iced one, and then made my coffee incorrectly. Another employee ended up remaking my coffee but had to throw it out because she didn’t even ask me what I ordered. It really felt like a hassle for them to properly take care of a customer. They messed up my order three times before finally getting it right. I won't be returning, and I’ll be sure to warn my friends and coworkers to avoid this location. As a former Dunkin' employee, I know how my drink should have been made. They really need to improve their staff or consider closing this store.
I typically write reviews to voice my concerns, but this Dunkin’ Donuts is truly exceptional. I greatly appreciate good customer service, and even when they do make an occasional mistake—which is quite uncommon—they genuinely apologize and make it right. Instead of wasting your time at the locations on 8940 W 159th or 15615 S Harlem, head over to the one at 171st and 80th for outstanding service and delicious food.
I always have a great experience when I order from this Dunkin’! I really love the mobile pickup feature. I live just behind the restaurant, only about a five-minute drive away (even quicker without traffic). I usually place my order as I leave home, and by the time I get there, my coffee and food are ready and waiting for me! The restaurant has a large staff working together, which is impressive to see, especially during busy hours. While I would appreciate a warmer greeting when I arrive, the fast service and high-quality food more than make up for it. Thank you to the team and management for effectively scheduling staff to ensure excellent customer service!
There's a girl here who knows my fiancé's and my order by heart, almost as if we're regulars. The staff is really great and always friendly. Honestly, this is my favorite Dunkin' in the suburbs. I actually prefer locations that don't have a drive-thru.
