Service especially in the drive through is TERRIBLE! The guy working today Saturday 10/14/23 1:20P needs to be retrained on his customer service!!!!!! After his attitude about a drink I wanted to ordered I reversed and left YOU WILL NOT HAVE MY BUSINESS WITH EMPLOYEES WITH ATTITUDESAlso to add to this, I have been to this establishment 3 times and all those times the same guy with attitude was pouring himself a drink and touching everything even the donuts without washing his hands and I told myself and have warned my family not to come back but I try to give it another try and again same guy has a bad attitude in the drive through, if you want loyal customers to keep coming back your employ...
I’m not sure if they just hire staff without proper training, but my drink orders are often incorrect, and the employees seem confused about what I’m asking for, even when it’s clearly listed on the Dunkin app. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and they somehow added avocado to it. If you don’t eat pork, be sure to double-check your order, as I’ve been given pork sausage on more than one occasion.
My Girlfriend had went into Dunkin at around 630am-7amish, She ordered a regular coffee (no cream/no sugar) and a refresher. She found a worm in her drink. She did bring it back to show them and they offered a refund, she kindly declined. They were nice about it and the other drink was worm free so that's why 3 stars. Just a heads up to anyone getting coffee there.
People, please know this is not a full 31 flavors or a full Dunkin doughnut. If you want your favorite ice cream.. head to Fairfield for the full 31 flavors. If you want fresh doughnuts.. across the street is best. This place is good for when you are in a pickle and trying to fix your sweet tooth. Not when you have a craving for something spefic.

The drive-thru experience could definitely use some improvement in terms of communication. I've noticed similar issues at places like Papa John's, 7-Eleven, and various smoke shops, and now even Dunkin'. It seems that customer service has been lacking lately.
Evening staff greeted us at the door. Gave us a few mins. And checked to see if we were ready. Also, answered some questions. Their donuts n ice cream was yummy. Overall experience was great. Store was clean n organized. Staff was sweet n friendly.
Consistently slow service. Today only one employee working at noon. 30 plus min waiting on a coffee and donut being the only person in the store plus a couple cars in drive thru. All of my visits would receive two or less stars
Love the drive up window to order doughnuts! They were the cutest Halloween doughnuts. We weren't expecting them to be festive.Thank you to the business for providing such an easy way to get our sweets for our party.

As a New Englander, I have to say this place doesn't quite measure up to Dunkin'. The coffee was a bit on the weak side, but the donuts were quite tasty.
