My son and I stopped by this Dunkin' today for some coffee and a donut. Even though the employees were busy with a long line, they took the time to double-check our order with such great positivity. They were especially nice to my son and really made his day by giving him a donut. It may sound trivial, but it truly made an impression! These workers deserve more than what they're earning.
I hate this place. It is my fault. I keep going back because it's local expecting better results. The service I get Keeps getting worse. I do not know if it's the management team, the workers or the owners but the owners definitely need to send a secret shopper on Sunday. Best of luck to you if you're stopping in but if it's close just go to Easton Ave.
They didn't follow our instructions when we placed our order. I definitely felt like I wasted both my money and time here, as even after we asked them to correct it, they gave us a strange look and didn't fix it properly. I suggest hiring friendlier staff who genuinely care about customer satisfaction with their drinks.
I used to love coming here, but since September 2023, I've noticed that the staff is often under-equipped. This has really impacted the service times. For the past couple years they have cut back on their inventory, they never have what we want when we visit. Most of the time there are no donuts and never the ones we actually like. The staff seem overwhelmed even when the place isn't packed and now this place has such a negative vibe.
I went in to use the restroom and grab a snack, but I ended up leaving without ordering anything. The bathroom was absolutely filthy—there was urine on the floor, flies buzzing around, and the soap dispenser was empty. There’s no way I’d eat food from a place like that.
I had to repeat my order five times, and they still got it completely wrong. When I pointed out the mistake, they responded with attitude. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

A donut shop without donuts is simply unacceptable. When I visited at 4:00 PM, there were only about ten donuts available on the shelves.
