I have tried and tried to keep ordering from this location but my coffee is either wrong, stale, and the customer service is not great. It is a popular locations of the way is very very long. After waiting in the drive-through for about 20 minutes I pull up to the speaker and they said they didn’t receive the order I replace the order. I get to the window and they say they still haven’t received the order I should try the Dunkin’ Donuts down the road and tell them I say hello. Customer service would be helping to offer a solution other than inconveniencing the customer. Every time I go there there’s always either something wrong with my order like for example I’ll order a bacon and cheese sandwich. They egg on it my daughter does not like eggs so she can’t even eat her sandwich because she’s so picky that once the egg is on it and it touches everything else she won’t eat it and then they’ve gotten my drink order wrong multiple times, and it’s not even that complicated of an order and then just recently I placed an order on the app today in order to doughnut it was supposed to be free. I spent more than 15 mins for ordering one large ice tea with 2 liquid sugar. After put the order in the drive through, only a medium size was able to be offered. Then I was still charged a large size without liquid sugar. So I had to park my car aside and walked into the store TWO TIMES to ask the staff return my money and add sugar. The total time I spent here was not worth. Will not get back here again, because similar things happened several times. Last time I got a cold hash browns. They seem careless and improve nothing. If you are willing to spend 15 mins for one drink, please drive to another Dunkin'. Surely you will have a better experience.

I place a mobile order for a chai latte and munchkins at the drive thru. I arrived and waited 10 minutes for two cars in front of me and finally left the line to pick it up thinking it was gonna be a quick pickup. I go in and there’s only two people waiting for their food and mine still wasn’t made. I got my chai tea and she actually made a coffee instead which i can’t have but i was in a rush anyway so i didn’t have time to ask her for a new one. very disappointed
Terrible service. I ordered the $3 Dunkin wrap with any beverage which excludes the small wake up wrap and “Jack day” the manager on staff was laughing in my face and made me repeat to him 6 times my order after having to come in and get my money back which he said he wasn’t allowed to do but didn’t care at this point. Terrible service and management.
i came to the drive through on my way to work . a young lady spoke nasty things through the intercom. how management allows this behavior ,i don’t know. i would give zero stars if i could .
When I ask for extra strawberry and it’s straight up only green tea and a splash of strawberry. Why am I paying $4.50?? Better off going a mile up the road to the next dd to be so honest.
