I stopped by this coffee shop one morning on my way to work to grab a sourdough sandwich and a coffee. Before placing my order, I specifically asked if the toaster was functioning. A few minutes later, I noticed one of the staff putting bread with an egg into the oven instead. I pointed to the picture on the wall and explained that the bread should be toasted. For nearly 15 minutes, the entire staff—about five or six workers—paused their tasks, either to chat with me or to observe others talking with me, and no one finished making my sandwich. As a result, I ended up being over 10 minutes late for work, and I still can't understand why working in a coffee shop seems so complicated. Meal type...
If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. the service I got from Faisal one of the employees there was less than desirable. He came out the bathroom yelling and screaming because I knocked on the bathroom door 2 times within 10 minutes. He slammed the door and screamed and continued to scream at me in front of other customers as well. He should 've just responded someone was in there and not have caused a scene when he came out. Not behavior expected from an employee that deals with people who come here for the first part of their day. He said do you want a clean bathroom, I was cleaning!!! Not 1 cleaning supply smelled when I went in there. I 'm never coming here again Service: 1

Completely messed up my mobile order they gave me burnt hash browns that I would crumble in my fingers. When I came inside to get the order I heard him so no it’s a bagel but though it was someone else’s order they messed up I was in a rush by the time I checked my food I saw they gave me a croissant instead! I was so furious due to the fact this was going to be my only meal for a 12 hour shift with no break! 10 years I’ve been a Dunkin Fanatic with no issues! My drink was made quickly and properly. I went to use the restroom which was disgusting. Someone spilled coffee on the floor next to the sink and left the cup, the sink was a mess, the restroom overall was just disgusting in a way words can't describe. I experienced the worst customer service I've ever encountered at this location. A team member named Karunakaran was quite unpleasant. He was uncommunicative, yelling, and even throwing food. When I asked him why he was behaving that way, he told me to get out. Fortunately, another team member stepped in and was nice and respectful. I decided to file a complaint against Karunakaran for his poor service.
It was a classic Dunkin' experience. The staff was friendly, and the young man at the counter even gave my daughters a munchkin while we waited for our drinks, which they really enjoyed. The place was clean and well-kept, and our order was prepared and served promptly.
I come here everyday and the guys are awesome. Friendly and nice. Once my coffee slipped and fell on floor. I was given a new cup! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
