I evaluate all Dunkin' Donuts locations based on their iced caramel latte. If they’re not putting in enough effort, the drink ends up looking almost white. I always order the same drink in the same way, and most places serve it in a nice light caramel color. However, this location consistently produces lattes that look white. I can hardly taste any coffee at all; it’s mostly just white with a hint of caramel. It must be around 95% cream! I’ve placed nine orders at this location, and they still keep making it nearly white and lacking in espresso flavor.
This restaurant is decent. I visited for the first time and tried their Strawberry Dragon Fruit Refresher, which was good, although a bit pricey at $5 for a large. In Manhattan, it only costs $2. As for the service, it was satisfactory; I didn't encounter any problems, which is a plus. The staff was quick since I went in the afternoon when there weren't many customers. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

This restaurant typically has friendly staff, but my experience today was disappointing. I visited around 1:10 PM and encountered a young woman of color with glasses, wearing a white shirt and braided hair. Unfortunately, she was not friendly and seemed to lack communication and customer service skills. Because of this experience, I don't plan to return while she is on shift. Docking is a great spot for everyone! The food is excellent, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service is also top-notch, giving it a 5 out of 5 as well. The atmosphere is inviting and pleasant, deserving another 5 out of 5. Highly recommended!
Fantastic spot! I'm a big fan of the bacon, egg, and cheese, and of course the donuts! However, the Ice Spice Munchkin drink was not great. Overall, I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5!
Bathroom was clean. My iced mocha latte tasted like plain iced coffee and the croissant from my sandwich did not taste fresh...but it was an easy in and out from the road
