This Dunkin' location was never my favorite, but it was convenient and got the job done. However, during my recent visit, I was met with incredibly rude service. The employee mocked me as I stuttered while placing my order, and when I called out the rudeness, he laughed in response. I didn't catch his name, but the disrespectful treatment I received makes me want to avoid this store in the future. It's disappointing to lose a customer over something as trivial as a stutter. The food I received was actually hot this time, unlike previous visits, which was a pleasant surprise. The Iced Latte was tasty, but I noticed that on the DoorDash app, there is a limit to how many pumps of swirls you can have in the drink. This made it slightly more bitter than usual and I couldn't taste the hazelnut or French vanilla flavors that I had added. Overall, it was still good, but a bit disappointing.
