I wouldn’t recommend coming here anymore, especially in the last few weeks. The staff seems indifferent and unresponsive. For instance, I asked for my bagel to be lightly toasted, and what I received was burnt—Dunkin, if it turns black, it's burnt, not toasted! Additionally, I’ve had multiple issues with my orders being incorrect. I've requested everything bagels every time, and even after confirming, I still ended up with plain ones. When I ask for crispy hashbrowns, they often arrive soggy. On one occasion, when I pointed out that my bagels were burnt, the employee just put the burnt ones back with the fresh, untoasted ones. Save yourself the frustration and skip this place.
The restaurant had two women working at the same drive-thru window, but they seemed unable to assist the customers waiting inside the store. Additionally, the bacon they prepared was undercooked; it looked like it wasn't fully done, and they didn't seem willing to cook it longer. It would be helpful to have someone assist both of them—one for the drive-thru and the other for the counter—so that all customers are taken care of.
I ordered a brown sugar oat latte, but it was made with whipped cream and regular milk. I work at Dunkin', so I can tell that's not how it's supposed to be made. The bagel was okay, but it was burnt. The service was quick, but for me, quality is more important than speed.
I visited early in the morning, and the overnight staff member was always on the phone, speaking loudly and appearing unfriendly. They often don't have the items I want to order. Honestly, I really don't like this Dunkin'.
