If I could give zero stars, I would. I never thought I would be giving this Dunkin' one star. I had just visited the ATM before going to Dunkin' and had 4 $20 bills on me. I used one of those $20 bills to pay for my order and didn't receive any change back. When I asked for my change, I was told that I had only given a $10 bill. I was certain that I had not. I went inside and was informed that they would check at the end of the night to see if the cash drawer was off by that amount. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told that no manager was available. This experience was ridiculous. I will never return to this Dunkin'.
I am not a person to leave negative or bad reviews online ever but I have reached my peak with this particular Dunkin? Donuts. This Dunkin? Donuts is absolutely horrible! I live right down the street so it?s convenient and I keep giving it a chance afterchance but I am so done with this location. I have received ice cold still frozen food, I never get napkins and more often thannot my coffee is lukewarm at best As is the case again todayI have received incorrect orders before and I am just done going tothis location do yourself a favor travel a little further down the road and pick a different Dunkin? Donuts!!!!
I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a young boy in grade school. My bus stop was right in front of the bakery, and I would often gaze through the window at all the delicious pastries. The kind woman who worked there would invite me in and give me a cream horn. The restaurant has been owned by the same family ever since.
I don't know why service tends to lack. It's a pretty straight forward business model, not hard products to make. People just fail to listen and care I guess. Makes no sense in my opinion. Just do you job right. Or find people who will.

I come to this location often because it?s near my sons school and every single time I get an attitude. One time i had someone so sweet that I was in shocked and told her how everyone else has been.
Service here is terrible and WAY TOO SLOW. I avoid this location but occasionally I give it a try due to location and Every time I come? I regret it.
Ordered an ice water and sat at the drive through window for 4 minutes before driving off without it
The service at this restaurant is consistently top-notch. The staff here is truly the best.
