After attending the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Stroudsburg and enjoying four hours of festivities despite the weather, we decided to stop by Dunkin' for some specialty coffees and a half dozen donuts. We ordered two Caramel Macchiato lattes ($3) and paid $8.99 for donuts that were somewhat stale. After enjoying the St. Patrick's Day parade in Stroudsburg and some fun activities, my friends and I stopped by Dunkin' for specialty coffees and half a dozen donuts. We ordered two caramel macchiato lattes, which cost $8.99, but unfortunately, the donuts were a bit stale. The line was long, with about 20 people ahead of us, and there were no restrooms available. Despite this, the hardworking staff served everyone quickly and efficiently. Later, we found a nearby restroom and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious, comfortable seating area inside Dunkin'. It turned out to be a great place to relax and enjoy our treats during a break from the festivities.
I ordered a dragonfruit refresher with green tea and even confirmed the order before paying, but there was no green tea in my drink. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it’s the first time I’m speaking up about it. I also ordered the avocado toast with their snackin’ bacon on top, but there wasn’t a single slice of bacon—just tiny crumbles. If that’s what you consider bacon, it’s disappointing. Why should I pay for bacon and only get a sprinkle? This needs to improve.
I visited this restaurant on the morning of February 13th, a Sunday. The gentleman in the camouflage apron was the most handsome man I've ever seen. I gave him a five-dollar tip for his outstanding service, as he went the extra mile to get us some lemons. He was such a great guy—he definitely deserves a beer!

The coffee wasn't hot, and I had to wait 17 minutes, despite being told to hold on for just a minute. There was only one car in front of me, yet it seemed like there was a complete lack of order and organization at this restaurant.
I asked for regular tea instead I got hibiscus tea. Went inside to change it and the lady knew I got the wrong tea. So my question was why did you let that tea leave the store. Top quality workers cease to exist.
During my second visit to dk, the service was disappointing. I had to wait 20 minutes even though there were only two cars in front of me in line, and my drink was not made correctly.
They did mess up our order. They gave us our drinks, but we had to ask for the hash browns and the bagel staffers. If not we would have driven off without them.

The breakfast at this restaurant outshines that of most Dunkin locations in my area. If it were closer, I would definitely make it a daily breakfast spot.
Five stars for the hard working people at this store that is SEVERELY understaffed. Three people can only go so fast. Get them help or give them raises.
