Dunkin' - Tisch reservieren

Dunkin Donuts at 320 Main St East Haven it’s the most nastiest place , as someone who use to work there I wouldn’t drink or eat nothing they have. Sometimes in the morning if you drop a donut or a bagel or a croissant and nobody seen them drop it they pick it right back up and still use it. Their tap system ask them what there tubes look like. The only time they would do a deep clean is when they have inspection a week prior and after they go back to their bad habits. I couldn’t agree more with the previous review. If this could be a minus 5 star review that would be giving them something. Total incompetence and horrible customer service. Ice cold drink in a hot cup when I ordered a HOT drink and was already on the road when I called to let them know. The answer I got was “If you ain’t coming back there ain’t nothing we can do for you” I wasn’t asking them to do anything but let their manager know but rest assured I AIN’T going back!

Coffee is always on point. People there are quick. Staff is friendly and professional. Been coming here for months and never had an issue. Wish I knew the names but the 2 main women I see there always keep the place running smoothly even during the busiest times. So far this is my favorite Dunkin I’ve come too.

The manager is awesome and her team is also, I'm there at 5am and they are up and ready to go 940 dixwell Ave love it!!
