NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN"Worst Dunkin I have ever visited. A young boy was taking my order, may be he was trainee and I order a latte and when I asked for less foam the manager, man with white beard jumped in pushing the boy away forcefully and shouted at me What foam and he literally shouted at me. And when we were leaving and he again shouted fix the chairs and then leave. I was like that is your job not ours and he gave us angry look. And Still i got half of the cup filled with foam. The manager was so rude not just to me but to my friends as well. I don't know but I felt like he was being raciest. And again NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. ??
Cashier got my order WRONG and she started YELLING at ME she was acting as if she had to go through so much trouble for a small iced coffee with almond milk and two sugars. She put caramel after I said NO. She was very rude I didn’t get her name but hopefully she learns to no be so bitter. She even asked me “why did you ask for Carmel” maybe Dunkin’ takes off their pay for wasting one pump of it. She was also making other customers orders wrong, one customer had to tell her multiple times while watching her that she was doing it wrong
I always have problems with ordering on-the-go with my phone at this restaurant, causing me to wait longer than those who order in person after me. I've had three orders that were lost, and their iced lattes are not good at all. I'm not sure what they gave me, but it certainly wasn't a latte. Despite working just a block away, I will now be driving to the Wallington Dunkin Donuts instead.
The person at the drive-thru has a really poor attitude and often fails to provide the correct orders. If you don't specifically ask for your receipt, you'll likely never get one. While there are plenty of Dunkin' Donuts locations nearby, this is the only one with a drive-thru. However, the staff needs some improvement, especially the one handling the drive-thru window.

This particular Dunkin' Donuts location offers outstanding customer service, though I'm not particularly fond of their coffee. I frequently find that my orders are incorrect, but the staff is consistently ready to address any errors. Additionally, there is ample parking since the restaurant is situated in a parking lot alongside other shops.
Dunkin Donuts is not what it used to be. 25 years ago, you would walk into a Dunkin Donuts and have dozens of donut options to choose from, but now it's just not the same.
So far, it's been pretty good, but usually by nighttime, all the donuts are gone. Overall, the experience has been nice, and I would probably recommend it.
I usually go to this restaurant on warm, sunny days because I love their refreshing cold drinks.
