I visited Dunkin' with my family, hoping to enjoy a nice time together. We arrived at 6 PM and found the place virtually empty, yet there were no employees in sight despite it being open. We waited 15 minutes at the counter before anyone came to take our order. During our wait, a girl came in from a car parked almost right next to ours, which was literally facing the store. It was clear they knew there was a long line, but they chose to ignore it. A few minutes later, her boyfriend, who was also in the car, came into the store and began working. There were many of us waiting for service, and this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such a situation at this location.
I went thru the drive thru of the dunkin in carol stream on schmale. I ordered a dozen donuts. When I got to the window they wanted almost 19 dollars for a dozen donuts. That is insane. I drove away and went to the dunkin on armytrail by Costco. They charged me 9.99 for a dozen. The carol stream location on schmale is price gouging people. That is so sad. Especially when everything is so expensive. Go to the armytrail one by Costco they have normal prices. I would have given the schmale location no stars but yelp makes you give one.
I don't usually come here, but when I do, it's in the mornings through their drive thru. The service is really nice, there's no rush and they're really quick with getting orders ready, the line at the drive-thru might seem long sometimes but it shortens quickly. I can't speak a lot about their drinks or foods since I only order donuts, but they're tasty.
I went to get breakfast, they made my order wrong then they charged me double, and the worst thing was a grilled cheese sandwich I got, bread like biting PC of rock and there was paper in the sandwich. They didn't remove that paper I guess wrapped for a cheese slice. Never go again. Drink serve without straw.

The staff seems indifferent and doesn't pay attention to customer orders. I've been there multiple times and they consistently get my order wrong. It's really frustrating.
The staff here is amazing! They're friendly, courteous, and quick to get orders ready. The newly remodeled drive-thru is fantastic!
I tried a breakfast sandwich on a croissant, and it was over cooked so the croissant was hard to eat.
