This is my go-to Dunkin. It 's very convenient for me to get into and out of the drive thru, and Jacob and the rest of the crew are super friendly and a great way to start my morning. I order ahead on the app, and every time I come to pick up, Jacob says, We got you! And I know they always do. Thanks for the great service, guys! I wish there was a way to tip on the app, because I rarely carry cash.
I buy a cold medium caramel craze late at least 3 times a week, and I have never EVER received one like the one I got from this place today. You can clearly see that I got just half of the cup. Are you kidding me? You even charge me extra when I ask for no ice.Horrible customer service
The restaurant doesn’t actually open at 5:00 PM on Sundays. While they were present, the only options available were coffee and donuts—no hot food. They might want to consider not opening until they’re able to serve a full menu.

I went to get a coffee and donuts this morning for my kids and I got a coffee for myself and it looks like they dropped a coffee everywhere this is so gross I couldn’t even drink it !!! waste of my money!!!
This place super clean and nice and staff very helpful and friendly specially Melissa and Jacob they always smile and friendly with all Dunkin customers.
I really appreciate that every time I go, the person at the takeout speaker always says, "I got you, Ed." It's such a nice touch!
Place shows closed at 8pm but at 725, all lights are on and doors are locked.
