They took 20 mts to give my order, they do not give you recip. So an item was missing, and i told them. She said show me your recipt, and i answer what recipt, yo didnt give me one. So she start looking in the garbage with the same gloves she is serving, at the end the other lady said they didnt charge me for the botle of water. But when i was paying i know i ordered a botle of water. She said we are busy. Short indian lady working night shift (6th September 1:00am) she was so disrespectful.I ordered a coffee when i tried to add sugar in coffee, I have opened the lid, I found a hair inside, I politely asked for a replace, Instead of apologizing she started arguing with me that it was my hair. And she tried to give me the same coffee by taking off the hair. When i strongly argued with her, later then she gave new coffee. I felt Really embarrassed (Not at all recommended)
Sorry to say this the short Indian lady is very rude and racist and there is another tall white lady with long nails scratching her hair and putting her finger in her nose that was very bad people there were complaining but that white lady was like u can go if u think putting my hands in my nose is bad this is not hygienic and I saw 4 people left so I think something needs to be done thank you.
it’s sunday 6:30 am in the morning their drive-through is tight and I forgot the speaker so when I get to the window I asked politely for a large coffee cream and sugar the white girl replied was you have to go back to the speaker and place your order ,lazy employee ,I buy my coffee every day from this place and donuts and thanks to whitelady service I will never comeback.
I asked the guy for powdered donut with Boston cream and he argued with me stating they don't make them. But they clearly had the chocolate Boston cream. He was rude and it just makes DD worse then they already are!
AWFUL! No line in drive through. Long wait at window. Then, they didn 't know, and had not started our order. When I asked how long it would take, the woman shrugged her shoulders and said, I don 't know. We left.
Drive through, also open 24x7! Service always very quick, usually never crowded. Is inside the gas station convenience store.
Good service and nice place near the hotel to have some snacks and coffee.
Service fast. Food prepared sloppy. No napkins, salt and pepper.
