Rude employees!I had a problem with my drive through order this morning, so I went back inside. I had a question and wanted to exchange a bad drink. The women inside seemed annoyed to even talk to me even though I was kind and polite and there was no one else inside, so it's not like I was holding any other customers up. Both women didn't seem to want to take the time to understand the problem with the drink, then they kept shaking their head and muttering under their breath. I ordered a frozen chocolate drink with vanilla swirl and the man working the drive thru asked if vanilla bean was ok. I said yes. When he handed me the drink it was missing whipped cream. When I asked about it, he gave me these crazy eyes and was defensive. He stated all his customers know they have to request that and it 's already in there anyway. Um, no it 's clearly not in there. I 've been to other locations and it comes with it. Plus, it says it comes with it on the website. It 's actually quite strange he would be this weird over whipped cream lol Oh then I noticed after I pulled away the drink tasted awful. I mean as inedible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The staff was incredibly rude. When I politely asked if they could fill my drink to the top, since they had shortchanged me last time, they prepared it on the counter and three employees verbally confronted me for making the request. For $6, I expected better service. I also ordered a bagel but was so concerned they might tamper with my food that I opted to get my money back instead. It’s clear that the employees are unhappy in their jobs. My family and friends have decided not to return, and I will be sure to share my experience with others, warning them that this Dunkin’ is the most unwelcoming I’ve encountered.
OPEN YOUR LOBBY! YOU HAVE PEOPLE WAITING IN YOUR DRIVE THROUGH AND THEY ARE SPILLING OUT INTO THE MAINWAY OF TRAFFIC. Do you need more staff to open the lobby? Hire them! Are you afraid of COVID? Millions are already vaccinated. Don't want to deal with customers face to face? Turn over your business to someone else and go start a new one somewhere else.

Where do I start??? No one ever says thank you at the delivery window. Avocado sandwich is never prepared correctly. I see other customers also have been gravely disappointed with the lack of good manners and proficiency on orders!! There are other Dunkin's and I will make certain that I patronize them instead of this miserable establishment!!
I was taken aback by some of the negative reviews. I've visited several Dunkin' locations, but this one is my favorite. The coffee and donuts are consistently excellent, and they appear to be a bit cheaper compared to other Dunkin's. While their drive-thru can get busy at times, they manage to move the cars through fairly quickly.
Way overpriced getting to be as bad as Starbucks I think dunking has been going downhill the doughnuts are horrible and they still stick a few day old ones in your order Instead of getting new. There coffee is not as good either ?
Man at the window was rude. I asked for a toasted bagel, got it slightly warm, nothing about it is toasted. I knew I should've just gone to Starbucks.

I received the wrong order several times. Additionally, I found the app to be frustrating since it doesn't indicate whether an item is out of stock.
This place can suck my pp. They gave me the wrong size and put like 10 boba balls in my drink and I asked for extra. Also very rude and unwelcoming.
