When you walk into this restaurant, you'll notice that it is more spacious compared to other Dunkin' Donuts locations. One unique feature is their display case for donuts and bagels, which resembles a bakery-style showcase. I gave them four stars because the service was a bit slower than other places I've been to. During my visit in the evening, there was one person working at the window and two at the front counter. It took around 5 minutes for me to receive my order of a medium coffee and a toasted bagel, which was longer than at other places where I usually get served within a 2-3 minute timeframe. I was standing at the front desk for 5 minutes while the workers were just looking at me and not even saying hello. I was honestly confused. Then, one worker came over and said you can only order at the kiosk. This was my first time going inside thislocation, so I had no idea. My problem is, why did the three workers in the front ignore me and not even say hello? The customerservice is absolute trash. On top of that, the kiosk had no option to add extra milk. I did ask for extra milk but I did not getit, and both of my drinks were made wrong! This used to be my favorite location, but I will not be returning.
The worst location I have ever been too. Never gets my order right! When I try calling the store the phone just rings and rings. My most recent time there was this morning I order avocado toast with bacon on top and did not get Bacon on top of it see belowfor reference. They also have the worst people working the window when you go through drive through. He is rude and nasty! Ican hardly understand what he is saying when he mumbles and gives attitude when you ask him to repeat himself! I have triedcalling and getting a full refund but yet again NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!
The man at the drive through is the rudest man i?ve ever ran into working at a service industry. He is nasty from ordering to the window. The coffee tasted like water and the man got my order wrong. he yelled at me that was car was low (i drive a basicbmw car) and he couldn?t reach his hand out past the window to give me a drink when i had half my body out the window.

My grandson and I visited this store twice after school. The store was clean and their Doughnuts, Cakes, and Ice Creams were well displayed. The added highlights were the employees interactions with my grandson. They were hospitable, engaging and funny.
I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this restaurant's Drive-Thru. It would be helpful if the app could notify customers if an item is out of stock when placing an order, but the staff here always takes care of me.
They gave me a cup of cold coffee. Rather than telling me initially that they had to brew a new batch, they just gave me the cold coffee and we're probably hoping I wouldn't say anything.
Always prefer this one over the one on greenpond. My coffee always tastes the same and they always mix it instead of leaving everything sitting at the bottom.
