Dunkin' - Tisch reservieren

When their not screwing up my simple order I order 1 hot, I get ice coffee. The new scram is they have no change to give back their customers. This is the second time I left without my change. How does a 24 hour dunken donut not have change to give backtheir customers they kept $1.12 of my money. Obviously either the manager is in on it or there is no manager and it?s ran by abunch of high schoolers. This Dunken donuts is close to my house so the drive thru is convenient but not at the risk of havingmy money stolen. You just lost another customer. Hello! Finally! Luis, the manager, has a contagious smile and a positive attitude. He is a great leader, as the rest of the staff seem to emulate his friendly demeanor. It's about time! Hopefully, they will acknowledge the staff for their exceptional customer service. It is because of this that I will continue to visit there daily!

This Dunkin? Donuts is so unprofessional. They have people fooling around laughing and Joking with each other instead of doing their work. And because of this I always get incorrect orders or they forget some thing. They need better supervision to fixthis problem.

I have returned to this Dunkin' Donuts multiple times, hoping for a better experience, but they keep messing up my coffee or my order. The inconsistency is always a problem. I would prefer to go to Starbucks instead, as they never have issues with my coffee.
