I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience today compelled me to do so. The building was 83 degrees inside, which caused the donuts to melt. The staff also forgot about my iced coffee order for about 20 minutes on a not so busy day. When I finally received the iced coffee, it did not have oat milk. The regular milk that staff included in the coffee appeared chunky or congealed. Overall, a very poor experience.
I got two bagels with cream cheese, three hash browns and two donuts. The BAGELS had very LITTLE cream cheese (less than a spoon) and the HASH BROWNS were literally COLD and DRIED totally very bad experience and service.
Parking is troubling, but the employees serve good food while being nice. Their food is the best, and it’s perfect for before a long drive.Parking: Hard to find out where the entrance and the exit are
The employee (mgr) that worked today (Apr 28) at 9am should provide better customer service and learn to be more courteous.
