There are three Dunkin locations in Clark and this is one of my favorites. This is a little kiosk located in ShopRite. But the donuts are always fresh the coffee is consistently brewed correctly here. The customer service is generally very good depending on who you get. More on that below.I am not a fan of the older gentleman that waits on customers but the two ladies and younger gentleman are wonderful! I recently stopped in for a medium coffee, light and sweet and the lady encouraged me to at least order a donut hole because of a current promotion that Dunkin' is running through October. Now that I’m pregnant, I only allow myself to have like one coffee a week (I know you’re allowed more, I just try to portion myself bc I was a HEAVY coffee drinker the young lady with the long, straight, black hair was SO nice and made my iced latte PERFECT!! Thank youuu!!! I hate paying over 5 bucks for one drink when it’s not even made right, this one was perfect. Very happy pregnant lady over here : (People are mentioning drive thru in the bad reviews this is located inside shop rite you’re writing bad reviews for the wrong Dunkin’
I ordered a large matcha latte, but they misunderstood and thought I said mocha. Instead of addressing the mix-up properly, they tried to shift the blame onto me, insisting that I had asked for mocha. When I finally received my drink, it was the worst-looking latte I’ve ever seen. Regardless of whether I made a mistake in my order, there’s no excuse for such poor customer service or for the drink to be made so poorly.
This dunkin is located inside Shop Right grocery store. I came with my family and we ordered different sandwiches and coffee drinks. The pesto grilled cheese with tomato was delicious. I especially liked the iced caramel coffee and the iced caramel latte. They had a seating area behind the dunkin so we were able to eat our breakfast there. The service was nice and everyone was friendly.

Don’t try to do a mobile order. They apparently “don’t receive the orders” but still charge you anyway. Lady behind the counter is VERY rude when you try to solve the problem as well. Definitely would not recommend
I don't purchase food from there, but I really enjoy their coffee. Plus, the gas station nearby offers free air for your tires.
This is my go-to spot when I can't find something anywhere else. The staff is always friendly.
Staff is very rude and incompetent. Go to the one on Westfield Ave instead
