This isn't the first time I've left a bad review for this Dunkin'. The only reason I keep coming back is because it's the closest one to my home—just one block away. My first negative experience was due to poor customer service from the manager. This time, it's about my order. I order ahead every morning before work, and this is about the third time they've messed it up. I always get a medium iced coffee with cream and three swirls of hazelnut syrup, but they never add the syrup. It's frustrating to have to throw away my coffee because they don't include the hazelnut. The Old Country Road Dunkin' location is definitely much better!
I absolutely love the coffee at Dunkin' Donuts; it’s definitely the best in town! It’s my favorite place for coffee, bagels, and muffins. The food and drinks are incredibly tasty and of excellent quality. I also appreciate the fantastic deals they have, making their prices very reasonable. Overall, I would still rate them five stars!
This Dunkin' is conveniently located for me, which is the only reason I've visited more than once. Unfortunately, the customer service from every employee has been terrible—unfriendly and with bad attitudes. It's really disappointing, and I intend to call and speak with the manager, Azma.

I ordered three different types of bagels, but I ended up with three of the same kind. When I reached out to the restaurant, they told me they only had one type of bagel available. It was disappointing to receive what was left without any explanation.

I didn't get any of the donuts I ordered. There was no notice that they were out of stock; instead, I only received powdered donuts. This was disappointing.
