Dunkin' - Tisch reservieren

I visited this place recently on a weekday at 11 o'clock. I ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches and an ice cream. the sandwich was handed over to me shortly after my arrival, but it seemed like none of the three employees wanted to make the ice coffee. Finally, the guy who led the register went to make it, and he reappeared and disappeared several times with a partly filled cup, and then about 5 minutes later I was on the window. I had not eaten all day, but the first bite in the breakfast sandwich, cold water was the main taste. the egg was still partially frozen and had water from it, and that is when I noticed that the speck was still raw. I drank both the sandwich and the next dump...

I’ve hated this location for awhile now, between rude managers leading to rude employees all the way down to the fact I don’t think they even know how to make the items on their menu, my boyfriend and I ordered two avocado TOASTS, hash browns and two donuts along with a drink, the avocado toast is not toast… it’s bread, and I would not make a big deal over this if this had only happened once, but it hasn’t it has happened the last 5 times I’ve tried to order it, to the point I’ve had to ask them to toast the bread when ordering, the hash browns were soggy and lukewarm at best, the two donuts were tastingly stale and felt horrible, all in all this location sucks.

I used to work at a dunkin and this one is the absolute worst store imaginable, the store was not even busy and I had to wait 15minutes for a wake up wrap and some hash browns. Only to get home and start eating and notice that my entire order tastes like the cleaning solution that they use to clean the cooking mats. Please for the love of god it is not that hard to rinse the mats after you take them out of the cleaner and before you start cooking on them. The staff was nice but it doesn't even matter.

expect to wait over 25 minutes in the drive thru. absolutely ridiculous! I received my pesto tomatoes melted their food, and there had no roasted tomato on it. I don't know why I always come back in the hope that this place gets better, but it's the scrubs for years and I think I'm finally done.

This place is a mess and a total disappointment. Each time we've given them a chance, we've been let down. From the service to the donut selection and quality, (the donuts are usually stale). Save your money and time and avoid this place entirely.
