I am always shocked when people in the customer service industry let them know (by words or actions) that they are a great inconvenience in running their day. Arrived to the location 20 minutes before closing time. Waited at the drive through to order for ten minutes and nothing. No one took my order. When I drove up to the window they looked at me and ignored me. I understand the location was closing soon but customers should be waited on up until closing time.
Dirtiest dunking donuts in Laurel MD and by far the worst run. Kids they hire dint even act like they want to be there. You can see the rust and dirt everywhere. Sometimes your hot sandwich comes out lukewarm with meat not entirely cooked
these are the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. it's the Slovenian, the Slovenian, every time I go, I get the same. average time is 20 minutes w/ 1 maybe 2-3 cars in front of me. I'm coming into the window and I'm barely greeted.

I've never been to a dunkin where I've been over 10 minutes to get something so easy, this place really needs to turn off or new management if you don't plan on the way to work, stop here they will be late everytime
Usually good coffee and breakfast sandwich food. Lines can be too long. Can't wait forever in morning when trying to get to work. Last visit took 15 minutes in line on way to work. Way too long.
The food and drinks are good as normal. But the service is consistently terrible!! Strongly recommend the Dunkin’ on Rt. 1 about 5 mins away from this location.
Waited in a 3 person line for over 20 min…. 3 working drive thru 1 at from counter. Only had 3 donuts to select from. Drink cooler broken…. Worst drunken ever!

absolutely love this D.D location. But I was mentally broken that the big toasted breakfast sandwich was set. my favorite breakfast.
They don’t listen to what you order. I wish I didn’t go there. Now I get to be sick cause of a careless teenager.
