99% of the time your order is perfect. Drive through, mobile order, or walk-in before Covid. The staff are professional, courteous, and hard working. There is a very good reason this location is almost always busy! I'm moving out of the area soon and it will be tough to find a Dunkin as good as this one.
The worst is the new year. Order an ice cream coffee, she did it as she wanted, not what was asked and no straw. When we came back, she lied and said she was the manager, the manager came out. Ends with a refund. She argued with my son about what he ordered. The best to use on Germantown Pike.
I'm going through here every day to get a friend for work, and we're keeping in this place, including on our trip. The line can be long, but they are so fast and professional, there is no need to order and pay n leave! I always get smiles, pleasant service and repair my sugar!?

The hot tea wendy williams is what I call it is delicious black tea honey splenda and a cough drop( i have in my car and add myself) good dunkin donut can sometimes be slow.
