They should honestly just shut this location down… drive thru takes at least 15 minutes or more every time no matter how many people. Customer Service is usually awful like they have an attitude or generally never know what’s going on. Always out of everything food related, especially if it’s a new item they probably won’t have it. Came at 11 am and they we’re already out of so many donuts. This is a consistent problem, i feel like closing down for some training days and restaffing would do them some good.
This location is pretty awful. Terrible customer service and everyone acts as if you being there or trying to place an order is just a burden. I just called to preorder 12 boxes of a dozen donuts for Saturday morning (two days away) and the lady that answered had the most awful attitude when I told her why I was calling. I hung up and will be ordering elsewhere. Do better Dunkin, do better. You are losing business.
The food and coffee are delicious how ever this business' owner needs to make their employees happy ASAP!! It seems like they are not happy working over there at all, treated me like i'm a homeless asking for money instead i was a customer full glam in the morning, ready to work and it was such a vibe killer. Shame
I ordered today 2 large cappuccino blast and they were so bad that we had to throw them both away. They tasted like they were sour. I kept calling so that whoever made them would not make anymore because they were so bad. But, to no avail nobody would answer the phone.

I'm not going lie this place you to be really bad but they have improved tremendously on there wait time and customer service! I went for a late night coffee and was greeted with smiles and respect from Shamika. Really appreciate your kindness it made my night!
Best customer service i’ve received in a long time. I came in to get a blueberry donut not only was the donut amazing but the two guys working made my day 100x better.
Can’t make there coffee right and at 9 something in the morning how they out of bagels. Person took order very rude and coffee was very milky.
Ran out of the donut I ordered but failed to replace it with anything else. The employee was super nice but the manager was rude.
