We saw a sign on the front of the store advertising buy 6 bagels get 3 free. The manager said that the sign was wrong and he would not honor the offer. The manager reluctantly gave up his name Michelin. We asked for the name of the owner and he was told he was not authorized to tell us. I feel that if you advertise an offer you should honor it. He is not a nice person. I hope the owner will respond to this review. We did buy munchkins and donuts but it took too much time.
Horrible customer service the lady walks up to me and lies said i have been there since the morning and i bought a coffee in the morning and then came back but to spend my money and be treated like im not welcome is highly offensive and she is very rude i wouldnt dine ever again and i suggest that they need to have some training on how to treat a customer not good
Staff this morning was so busy chatting with each other that we started and stopped our order 3 times. The donuts were stale and I should have known better than to get coffee here when wawa is across the street..it is just fine. We rarely stop in to this Dunkin and this morning's experience just reminds us why.
Walked in this morning at 7:30 for 2 coffees 2 donuts. No donuts in the racks they didn't know when they would get them. So I ordered muffins. Got home the muffins were stale coffee tasted old! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It has improved over the few months. Recently, I noticed that they have become more effective in getting online orders ready for pickup. My order was ready in about 2 minutes.
I really would like a frozen cappuccino and even though they have frozen drinks on their menu they won't make a frozen cappuccido you have to. Go with frozen cofthe.
They're so sweet at this Dunkin' donuts and everything is always fresh and perfect.
