I'm going there with my friends almost every Friday. we need to be there like 20 minutes earlier, because how slow the line is. the customer service is so bad, and they do not care about customer satisfaction. the morning workers are just so grumpy. the owner has taken out one of my friends because he did something and it was so rude. he threatened to call the police on him. remember all of us in the middle school and just go there to spend fun as we don't have freedom anywhere else. they always seem so upset with us, just because we talk. it is really rude and respectful. this is the only dunkin who is an average walking distance from school and I wish they had just new employees who would...
The customer service at this restaurant is far from satisfactory. The cashier was rude and seemed bothered by our presence. When I asked for a cup of water without ice, I was told that I would have to pay for it because prices have increased. This was shocking to me, especially considering that at a nearby Dunkin' Donuts I have never been charged for water. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I would not recommend dining at this establishment.
The staff at this restaurant are amazing. I made the mistake of trying to pay with my card on their website instead of through the app, but the cashier waited patiently while I figured out how to open the app and scan my card. I appreciated her kindness since I was holding up the drive-thru line for others. It seems like they all just want to make sure customers can use their accounts without any issues.
I went here 20 minutes ago and I ordered a coffee and it was wrong and very poorly made. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I ordered through the app and then drove through the restaurant. The service was fast and courteous. The munchkins were delicious and fresh. The highlight was the iced shamrock macchiato, which was unbelievably good and really hit the spot!
my wife and I are going to this dunkin,' if we have to ask for it, and it's almost every time consistent that something is messed up. Today takes the cake: we had a reward and placed a mobile order for some sandwiches and a drink.
Pretty good! Very easy to order through the app and they get product to the consumer fairly quickly. Iced coffees are great and food is alright if you want a quick breakfast, but you can often taste that is was frozen.

These people cant handle any sort of business in the morning to the point where they closed the inside and only had drive thru. Line was insane. Stunning incompetence
